Here are some pics of the house we're buying. This and getting our current place ready for sale is why I haven't been here recently (and exams, ha!) We made an offer the other day and it got accepted, so we're pretty stoked

This is from the loft bedroom.

This is the creek from our backdoor. It is the border for the property, which is about six acres. There are swimming holes about 20 metres from the house. My son took this shot, hence the blurriness.

This is a yoga room, apparently. Mazz was pretty happy when she saw this. It leads of the main bedroom and is completely screened........so no mozzies

It's gorgeous. I don't know where you live, but do you have to heat it, and if so, how?

Yeah, we're pretty lucky. The property never made it to market, friends of ours live next door and told the owners that we were looking for a new place and it just happened from there. Its absolutely beautiful with heaps of bird and animal life, platypus in the creek. And ultra quiet, I can't stress that enough. Town was starting to get on our nerves with all the noise and pollution.

Its a step down for us size wise. The house we own at the moment is huge. its a great place and we love the house, but because its so old (around 80 years) its always needing some maintenance and I'm a bit over that.

There were some questions: Documad - Theres a slow combustion fire. Its in the top photo, left centre. Hard to see because the shots pretty dark.

Zorra: Its abour 1/2 hour from Lis. at a place called Georgica. Its more a locality than a village the closest shop is 20mins drive.

amazing place, congrats. i love that has so many little nooks and crannies.

geez, sometimes i feel like i'm still 7 years old.

so how far is it to town from your new place? that house looks like it'd be great for raising kids in. you def. need a hammock or 3.
