The barbies up top were actually my mom's when she was a kid, but they came with way cooler clothes. The barbies during my time sucked. She had a blythe doll which I played with too, but I think it's gone :(

I wish I had a display like that for all of my GI Joes but, if I still had them, it would be a display of deformed and melted figures.:(

so yeah back to toys i never really got many shiney colourful ones as a kid my family was more like 'get outside and make your own toys theres a whole world out there' so like we (my siblings and I) made TP's out of sticks and leaves and boats out of sticks and leaves and stuff to float the in creek
so yeah in the whole world out there all we could come up with was sticks and leaves bit of a let down. Oh there was some rocks too from the creek. I remember we found this hell round rock in the creek once, a little smaller than a soccor ball. It was so round that I thought it was special so I lugged it back up to the house and painted it. And then left it in the middle of the floor. And then this kid came over and ran up to it and kicked it hell hard with bare feet. Thinking it was a ball. Haha sucker.
Nevertheless I found this baby on the side of the road the gutter back in 2000 and have cherished her ever since. http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/3539/toysfu5.jpg

Oh ok on closer inspection the smaller ones do look like My Little Ponies (are they what you mean by the first 2?). I never got one, such a deprived child probably why I didnt recognize it. My friend collects them though she's got a whole heap. Next time I see here I'll take some pics for show and tell.

I didn't think there was any meat in chicken mcnuggets
I wouldn't know though, I've never had one.
but yeah mad toys! Trolls! They were like sooo cool when I was a kid, my best friend and I had identical minature ones - she gave it to me not my parents (see above).
I wonder what happened to it it's long lost now.

This was back when legos were fun. It wasn't easy to make everything you wanted out of squares and rectangles. Now, you just buy the kit that has all the custom pieces and you just pop them together. Where's the fun in that? (Although I do have a pirate lego figure. I loves me some pirates.)

In my childhood the most advanced lego pieces were the rooftiles and windows and doors and maybe wheels. There was no talk about people nor pastel coloured legos!
