i saw the melvins at a festival and it was amazing. although i couldnt watch the whole show as i was beginning to feel sick. in a good way.

So, I'd like to know what LOL has heard of the Melvins to be all "bleh"..

They do some weird shit but, you gotta listen to some of this stuff to know what they're all about...

I've liked them ever since the release of Houdini. My buddy turned me onto them.

The first c.d. I got of theirs was Stag which has Bar-X on it. That song is awesome with the trombone and the bass-scratch break. It's surely different than anything I've heard.

They've been around since the 80's and still have thier non-mainstream existance. I can respect them for that.
