I think they are some kind of maintenance dudes. They have an SUV parked outside with a ladder on top of it.

I should go up there and offer them some coffee or hot chocolate.....in my bath robe.

My idea has much pornariffic potential.

No. No one lives in the apt. and they are mending the crap the crackheads destroyed.

I've only heard boy's voices. No girls screaming from tape measure torture.
