I know this thread has been done before but I'm doing it again! DEAL!

I do, and it's really kinda gay. I don't mean to, I was never taught to, it just happens naturally. It looks really stupid when I'm pounding brew, too. :(

I probably do, I've never bothered paying any attention though. I am more focused on getting every drop of whatever alcoholic beverage I am drinking in to my throat.

it doesn't really lift too much, but sometimes i notice its off the glass enough to make me be like "Whoops". and at gay bars....its always lifted at gay bars.

Yeah, neither did I. And then one of my friends saw me doing it and started hardcore making fun of me. And from then on out I've tried to make a conscious effort to keep that bitch down.

I think you have to lift it, according to the International Drinking Rules!

If i remember rightly, you have to pick your glass up with your left (or non-dominant) hand and keep that pinky raised.

I do and since I'm a 6 foot 5" Scottish man this leads to much ridicule.

I had my hand smashed playing rugby and the pinkie is pretty much always straight - I get really put down for it and laughed at.

i think maybe i do it to help balance my drink/hand

pints are too heavy for my weak girly wrists, i hold them in 2 hands. people tease me :(

i always try and put my pinky down when i realise i'm doing it. but i always do it. strange rogue pinkies.
