We had a course on Logic, and that was combined with a remix exercise.. The materials were BB Vocals and the NIN Only samples. Luu made a few important choices and I developed the thing further to it's final form (I think this is it, after about 100 hours of rewarding tweaking :))

'We Got The' was chosen because it had a political tone and was frankly the most intelligent one :D.. anyhow, it fitted the atmosphere nicely and I enjoyed building the track around it. I don't listen to BB usually, NIN never. I remember recording fight for your right to party on a cassette quite long ago and liking it a lot, and some of that feel might have transferred to this remix too..

Not a big fan of Nine inch Nails, I'm a Skinny Puppy man myself, but I listened to it yesterday, and yeah, it's a pretty cool mix.

It seems you're not able to edit your posts after certain time limit, so i had to resort to replying, and bumping this up for your pleasure... i definately wouldn't have done this, but the service provider crashed and has been malfunctioning too much to be bearable.

I'm also working on a bit more aggressive, nicer sounding and not so smeared mix of this same track.
