I am going to play some after dinner.I bought it on the strength of the trailors and the fact that Currys (store here in the UK) refused to stock it because it involves bullying........which makes me fucking laugh as they'll stock games about war.

Better late than never, but I hooked up a copy of this game on the fly. It's really, really good.

Bear in mind that I don't have much of a football mind, so I worry that I'm only skimming the surface of this game. I've done some nice looking moves. It seems really easy to grasp, but impossible to master. I crossed to my striker, he trapped it on his chest, and chipped it into the cross-bar (and down over the goal mouth) on the volley. Fuck, I want to play it just typing this.

There must be a planet of fanatics for this game. I wonder how I'm going to catch up in time. It just plays so good. Shits on Fifa and them.

I think EA have been resting on their laurels for the last few installments of their major sports titles. it seems like they're relying on their loyal fanbase, but as more and more of them realise that stuff like PES 6 and NBA 2K7 are far superior to their releases then maybe EA will up their game.

EA used to be the be-all of the sports games. I used to like the NHL games. And rugby 2001 wasn't bad.

They've improved Fifa 07 a lot this year it feels more realistic.

Pro Evo is still the Daddy though.
