Is it inhumane of me to be moderately excited by her perplexity and discontent when we arrive?
I get a kick out of confused cats. :(

I haven't seen my cat go to the vet for years...we have a vet come here once a year to check on her. It's sweet
But when we moved, we got her anxiety medicine and she was totally DRUNK. It was awesome

When Ziggy got his nuts removed and woke up he staggered like a total drunk to the litter box. :D
While he was sleeping (with his eyes open) in the basket Iris was like totally "WTF is wrong with him???"

Cats don't cause crimes, guns do.

I used to love taking my kitties to the vet. They have a cat that wanders around the office and is super-friendly to all the animals. My cats always got so upset with him, they'd arc their backs and hiss and growl, but they couldn't do anything because they were in their carriers! Hahaha. (y)

it's funny when you get them home after a general anesthetic and you get them out fo the box and they're all wobbly.

george acts like he's going to die and wails and wails on the way to the vet, but when he gets inside, he's all quiet as a mouse and gets as low as he can. he's a pretty good boy though. I think he actually likes getting his temperature taken up the butt too. fuckin pervert.

Orange Cat had to get fixed a few years ago, and since I didnt have a real name for Orange Cat when the vet asked what his name was I got nervous and hung up...then I called back and said his name is Phil.
My cats are referred to as Cat and Small Cat, also Orange Cat and Gray Cat.

That sounds like my dad. When we had two kitties, he called them "the white one" and "the gray one." When "the gray one" died, "the white one" simply became "kitty."

I recently moved about 500 miles, and my brother (who loves cats) took my two guys, Figaro and Sweetpea. They're both huge and fat and look like badasses, but are really big butterballs. A few weeks later, my brother mentioned a cat named Icepick, and I asked if he'd gotten a new cat. He said he couldn't possibly own a cat named Sweetpea, so he changed my cat's name to something more masculine.
