THere was a bit of a dispute in my family home about which one to buy, my dad liked marmite, i liked vegemite so my mum bought promite.

I dont know though, apparently vegemite is only vegan half the year so if that matters to you let me know and I"ll find out from my friend how you tell the difference.
Vegemite is made from the dregs of beer you know. Maybe marmite is too I'm not sure.

Vitam-R = (y), don't know if that still exists, my granddad used to eat that on bread and in the soup. Was nice. I bought some bio-yeast extract this year and I ended up hating it, that's why I'll stick with those I know.
