Confused about some B-side, what is this from?

I just found a random Beastie Boys B-side something or other I have called "It's Always true". Does anyone know where this is from. It is like this guys talking and then the Beastie Boys are all like "Girl you know it's true...Mike D Is in love... with you" and then it has a horn section. I didn't even realize I had this, but on Beastie mania I could not find info on it either (maybe I looked in the wrong spots). But when I looked up all songs by them, this one was not listed. So if anyone knows help me out. I just remembered it was on this bootleg Beastie Boys CD called "Beatsie Breaks Rare and Unreleased Tracks" that I bought from Amoeba records in San Fransisco.

this is killing me, the spoken vocals are all slowed down and stuff, but it is deffinitely the Boys.
