does this belong in beastie general? I dont know, and u know what no one probably even cares (about this thread) but i just have to share my cool story.
So I was in JB checkin out the cds, and u know, saw the beastie boys section, wanted TT5B cause the copy that me and my ex shared went with my EX when he left (old ex back in 2004) anywhoooo I was pretty pissed cause he wasn't even into the bboys before he met me but he did buy it so who am I to complain. SO yeah I was getting TT5B when I saw an import cd, Beastie Boys New York State of Mind mixed by DJ Green Latern, that I dont have and haven't heard yet. So I'm all like fuck yeah I'm getting that too, it was $19.99 and I am hell broke but wtf it's a beastie boys cd ... so yeah I go to buy it and the chick rings up the cds and dvd that I bought and was all like that's $47 and some change, I was expecting it to be $65 and some change.... but who am I to question it, I'm not complaining. So when I walk out the store I checked out my receipt and the price for the dj green latern remix cd was $1.99. Whoever put it on the catologue must have fucked it up! $1.99 for an import!!!111

So yeah, anyone in melbourne go to JB at highpoint and pick yourself up the cd for $1.99. I was tempted to go back and get another copy but didn't want to pay $19.99 incase it just scanned wrong for some reason cause the chick did totally fuck up my entire reciept, she charged me twice tt5b, twice for the dvd, and once for the dj green latern. but who am I to complain it was still cheaper!
