1. The fact that my manager, who sits 10 metres away from me, feels the need to email me questions throughout the day instead of coming to speak to me.

I think I am just going to stop replying to them and go to speak to him instead

and this office seems to have an addiction to printing docs out which I hate. It seems I have already been given half a rainforest to read :(

It bugs me when you don't here what someone said, so you say "what was that?" and then they only repeat part of what they said, like you're going to piece it together from two words.

example:

person: "Hey, wasn't that movie 'Office Space' filmed in Dallas?"

me: "I'm sorry, I didn't hear you. What was that?"

person: "Office Space...."

Item number 3. There are no kettle facilities anywhere. So each time you want a hot drink you have to use a new plastic cup (the machine automatically dispenses one)

I hate plastic cups with a passion (purely for environmental reasons. A plastic cup has not ever harmed me or my family)

Yay! I was in charge of the 'Green Team' at my last job. Every quarter I would rummage through the rubbish bins of my colleagues to see what they had thrown away instead of recycled and then count it all up for a lovely spreadsheet
