Is McAfee personal Firewall good enough..

I just paid up with the full Norton package but then it doesn't do the virus thing in full but will the McAfee personal firewall I uploaded be enough to stop that?

McAfee came with my computer software. I suppose it is OK but I researched and I really like my Webroot Spysweeper. It also has a catchy name.
