I couldn't think of a world without fish. That is a startling outlook.

We'd still have fish bred in fisheries.

remember when they first discovered deep sea perch (like deep, deep sea, back in the 80's when they first got the technology to fish that low) [aka orange roughe] and everyone was like ooooh sweeeeet another fish we can all eat and there's a SHIT LOAD of them so many in fact that we can use them purely to make garden fertilizer.
too bad they didn't do their research and now they know they only reproduce like every 100 years or something. the fact they look prehestoric should have been a bit of a give away but nooooooo we lapped that shit up $1.99 a kg.
and now they're endangered.
fuck i love people.
they're awesome.
go people go.

It's as if it's global WAR and humans have to defeat every other species in the funniest way possible.
