After reading the conversations with little kids thread, I realized old people can be just as adorable and not understanding of the world around them. Case and point:

Me: "Hey grandma, we burned pictures to a CD for you."
Grandma: "You burned the pictures? Why would you do a silly thing like that? I really wish you would have showed me the pictures before you decided to destroy them because I was looking forward seeing them." :(

Grandma: "You know, I never knew about security sensors up until a few weeks ago. I accidentally forgot to pay for something that was in my pocket and I walked through the doors and the buzzers and bells went off, and I was so excited I rushed back to the cashier and asked him what I won."

I love my grammy. :o

i sometimes wished to be real old so i had an excuse when i said/did silly things


my grandpa said kopin instead of chopin all his life long and he was a huge fan of cassical music even.. speaking it the right way out was the last thing he learned

one time he wanted to buy ice cream but instead he accidently took frozen snails, he even licked them for a while till he noticed what it was

and he called U2 toyou

his english was complete shit..glad he gave me his aids-ed up english
