i love my spaghetti with garlic oil (?) and melted down blue cheese and some salt

almost tastes like the veggie version of the carbonara sauce

missed the taste!

i just ate it and that shit stuffs you like nothing else on earth
hardcore challenge to eat it all

just make sure you dont use too much cheese

and guess what, second to macaroni cheese carbonara is my most hated dish in the world. god, disgusting! i HATEHATEHATE creamy/cheese-based pasta sauces. YUCK! /shivers.

when i think of "spaghetti" i think of spaghetti bolognese. i only make one other dish with spaghetti and it's a sort of greek spaghetti with garlic, cherry tomatoes, chopped mixed olives and feta cheese. yum!

now, spag bol. i love a bit of that. infact, it would be my last meal if i was in death row! i make it with hella red onions, mushrooms, bacon if you're cheeky, red peppers and garlic with steak mince. serve with loads of garlic bread and italian salad. and, of course, a nice glass of red wine and loads of grated parmesan. divine!

Mushroom pasta? That them Magic mushrooms?
I don't like champignon mushrooms, but real forest mushrooms, those are good only with onions, butter and bread. Far too rare a treat! :(

If you're feelin experimental, try feta, green olives and poppy seeds.

My sister once cooked spaghetti with some walnut-sauce. That was soooo
mmmmmh! But when I asked for the recipe some weeks later, she didn't
even remember she cooked it for me. So, this will always be a big secret.

There is walnuts in several variations of pesto, though the better ones have pine seeds in em. Or it could have been walnuts with mascarpone... :confused:

No, it wasn't pesto nor something with mascarpone. It was just like mashed walnuts with oil or something. A little like peanut-butter...

I LOVE the traditional carbonara,pancetta(deglazed with white wine),little bit o whip cream,genourous with the parmesan,mince garlic and coarse ground pepper from the mill...with De Cecco brand pasta,al dente...sometimes I add some red pepper....I could eat it every day!:)

no way! it tastes great (y) and bolognese gives me heartburn and im tired of it anyway
most other cheese tastes boring with spagetti and most spaghetti cums are meaty (n)
ill stuck with blue cheese and theres another sauce i like with bärlauch but it's only available every few months a year and i dont have the recipe lol
