it's the same guy, "crush," Sam. He's very nice.

But he kind of threw me for a loop when I showed up for what sounded like a casual birthday dinner with his friends and it ended up being his two closest friends, his brother, his brothers wife and their two kids, and his Mom and Dad.

heh.

ahahaha @ that photo existing. dear god. my friends and I are 5 year olds.

anyway, he's a man. A 28 year old great looking and also pretty fantastic personality filled man.

But I definitely didn't think I'd be meeting his parents that night. It was kind of shocking. That butthole didn't warn me.

I'm sure there's something extremely wrong with him and I just haven't found out yet. Like he keeps dead bodies in his closet or something.

Actually, he's huge in to video games and star wars. I guess most women would find that bad. But I love it.

:o

Only person who owns more star wars shit than I do is my brother

and I cant rightly date him can I!

beastieangel01
11-15-2006, 03:05 AM
well, this is true.

Actually I thought of what is wrong with him. He lives an hour and a half away from me, without traffic. That would get tricky if anything comes of this.

Fucking awesome people not living within 30 minutes of me. Fine. Whatever. Fine!

Women always fall for that "introduce em to the family right away", don't they?

beastieangel01
11-15-2006, 03:14 AM
no. That was the one thing that kind of frightened me, actually.

Ghah, yeah for sure. I avoid bringing anyone to family functions.

beastieangel01
11-15-2006, 03:25 AM
yeah ET I'm kind of the same way, unless I've been with someone for a long time or something.

His family was really nice, great and everything. But we aren't even dating officially or anything like that. So it was weird that he didn't even mention it in the slightest before hand and seemed to be really looking forward to me showing up to dinner.

I just plain avoid going to family functions at all.

haha ugh. If that's the case than that would definitely scare me away. Although, his niece and nephew are insanely adorable. I'm talking poster child adorable.

But let's recap about the whole not living close-by and the I wasn't really wanting to start anything new with anyone for quite some time, thing.

For now we'll just play video games together, watch Star Wars, eat mexican food, and touch each others butts I guess.

eh... maybe he just wanted to show you off

Maybe he just wanted you to meet his wife?

beastieangel01
11-15-2006, 01:09 PM
 wife

and as far as showing me off, that would be strange. His entire family was very nice though. His Mom is doing exactly what I want to do: teach art. His sister-in-law also teachers art.

I suppose I should have added that he did meet my Mom recently but it was only because she called me upset because my Grandmother was in the hospital. She wanted me to come over, and Sam was in town and wasn't leaving for a while so I said "hey I know it's kind of weird but my Mom is upset, I want to spend a little bit of time with her and I don't want to just leave you alone in my house unless you want to do that instead" and he came along.

But see, those are particular circumstances.

I don't know why I'm even talking about this though. He doesn't live here. Pfft.

My spider sense is tingling. Something seems too lined-up here. I bet any money this guy has a deep embarrasing secret or major personality flaw he has yet to let you in on. Perhaps he's just like the '40 year old virgin'.

No, it's just moving really fast. Shit that moves really fast is often suspect. But then, perhaps I'm full of shit.

well he hasn't asked me anything in regards to dating, marrying him, or anything of that nature. So that's good at least.

Still. Kind of random, despite the fact that he did meet my Mom a bit ago.

Oh well. He has a NES, Genesis, and a free standing arcade(!!!) Street Fighter II: Champion Edition in his place. And he has an 18" talking Ash action figure, and lots of Star Wars stuff. His pillow cases are Star Wars. The family brought him a birthday cake with Darth Vader on it ahahaha. Because of him I got to play 360 at his friends house and he let me take the first crack at Prey, which was one of his birthday gifts.

I like it :(

It's weird too because he's attractive to the point where he could easily be an actor or, something of that nature. TRIPPY.

I'm not entirely sure that I'd be against that. At least, a Star Wars cake might be cool if done right. I shared with him a picture of that Mario cake someone posted a bit ago and we both nerded out over it.

this is making me want to puke, guys.

You know, this thread was directly on top of the "I'd really like to have a threesome" thread so if you read one line then the next it's lol.

yeah, so I've just decided I'm just jealous. I wish I could find me a round the way girl who will beat my ass in Gears and do the lame girlfriend team-up game in San Andreas with me, then wrassle. fuck this single nonsense. boo!

meh, at least I have some money and a decent job and I travel and might be able to score something in that regard. no substitute for the real thing tho. grrr.

:o :(

listening to 'Caves of Altamira" by Steely Dan right now, appropriate for my Hermit Ass.

I beat his ass in battlefront too. He would be laughing because he was far away but then I'd get to be skywalker and I'd do the saber throw. The first blow hits and he'd be only half dead, then he would be like "biatch!" about to shoot me but he FORGOT that it boomerangs. It'd come back, hit him in the head, and DEAD! And I laughed SO HARD. And it was awesome.

The only thing has has up on me really is SFII since he has the literal arcade and plays it everyday. That and BF2 I don't own it so I'm sure he'd own me if I played it.

I guess an hour and a half really isn't bad but still.

Again, it's stupid how many cool people do not live within reasonable driving distance of me to hang out every other night or something or other.

SORRY I AM NERDING OUT OVER THIS GUY. Ugh. I just hate that we both love to play video games and watch star wars and both have similar taste in other movies and music and have tickle fights and then the butt touching and he's really good looking.

:(

p.s. backwoods see what I just said above I totally agree about the travel thing, zorra I would prefer Han, heiress I love you (lb)
