yea we stay awake till the 24th & at midnight we open our presents too but sometimes (most of the time) we can't wait so we end up opening them a few hours earlier.

i haven't played loteria in a while my favorite card was La Chalupa, i thought she was pretty lol

my cousins & aunts & uncles don't come every christmas they live In South Central, its not very far away from us but they prefer to stay home & get drunk but when they do come they just get wasted

we usually put up ours the beginning of december at least. decorating the tree is fun!

why is everyone all on denise's case for being excited about christmas? the department stores already set up their xmas decorations and stuff after halloween and they're showing christmas movies on tv now all the time, i'm watching elf now.

also, i still can't go to sleep on christmas eve right away... :o

and when my grandma was still around, starting on the first of december, she'd give me one present each day until christmas, and then on that day, i'd get more! it was more about a special thing between us than getting presents (except when i was a little kid though, then it was about presents) but i miss that now. yeah i always think about those days when christmas comes around now...and baking cookies!!! :eek:

This is my first Christmas away from my family. My brother and I got a 5 foot plastic Xmas tree, I think we'll put it up this weekend.

God, now I'm going to have to deal with working at the dentist office on Saturdays when he plays shitty Xmas songs nonstop. It's a classic rock station so they try to play "hip" Christmas songs but they all SUCK. And there's only like 40 of them so they're just repeated ALL GODDAMN DAY. (n)
