I bought some Mahi Mahi on Saturday - I have never tried it so not sure how I was going to cook it tonight. I was probably going to grill it but if anyone has any tips, please let me know.

If you snagged it on saturday ya probably already cooked it but I would brush it with olive oil and lime, and flash grill it on the BBQ quickly, don't overcook, put some nice braize lines on it then brush with a sweet or hot chili thai sauce, while squeezing more lime all the while, let thai sauce caramalize on fish and serve on bed o rice......mmmmm,my partner likes mango or pineapple with Mahi but I pass on it....

I like to get the multi-colored thing of whole peppercorns, crush them, and then pat the pepper into the fish and bake it. Pepper-crusted Mahi Mahi or shark and such is darned good. Squeeze a little lemon over the fish to cut the spicy, if you must.

In the end I grilled it with lemon and lime marinade and served with brown rice, baby corn, sugar snaps and Thai sweet chili sauce. It was delicious.
