Although not trying to pee on your health parade, the average non-organic chicken has over a pint of unecessary fat in it, whereas organic ones have less, as they are not so genetically messed with.
I like brown rice, but is it just me or does it take an eternity to cook or what?

I use a rice cooker, so it takes 30-60 minutes, depending on how much I'm making.

I am eating raisins at the moment. Pretty healthy you think. But these are covered in chocolate (a damn tasty 'cheap' chocolate at that). Not so healthy.
