It seems to be that way. Sigh, I don't know why I keep reading this kind of thing because it just makes me lose faith in humanity. People selling a house that was given to them out pure kindness, for more than it was worth? That seems like taking advantage to me. Plus, they now don't even know if their "Katrina story" was real or not.
They go and beg for the house, and then sell it? What about people that could have actually USED the house because they lost everything? God. (n)
