That would suck ass. (n) If my parents ever sent me I'd bust outta the joint in a second. I cant stand uniforms and nuns and shit like that, probabley because Im Catholic...

nah i never got boarding school

my genius brother told my parents that i would do a lot better in an all girls catholic school, thank god they haven't done that yet, public school yay!

I went to a catholic boarding school.
There were many horrible experiences, but overall, it wasn't any more terrible than the day schools I've attended.
It also depends on your home life, and why you are there.
Are your parents trying to get rid of you, are they trying to do the best, are all your friends at boarding schools too and you might feel left out if you don't get to go?

Plus, they vary greatly, I know people for whom they were the best years of their lives, especially when they catered for and were aimed at special interests and talents, like music or drama.

I may go because of tough times at my current school (I'm not getting into trouble or anything like that) It's tough to explain.

Yeah the thing is, I'm not into all the interactive, extra curricular stuff, thats what makes it all tough to find one that I will enjoy.

Right now i really have no idea what I'm doing, am I staying? Going? dropping (pshaa)?. blaarrhfg.

The ex went to boarding school in high school. In New Hampshire, something like $30,000 a year. Place called Tilton. He had the best time of his entire life there, met a lot of friends and had a blast.

I think his situation was kinda like college, from the way he described it. Except that he had to hide his drinking or get thrown out.

It seems like too much money, though.
