Forward Rolls

I am a mighty forward roller. Any expanse of carpet or ground, and I'm rolling (they hatin).

At my wedding I even got about 7 people to do forward rolls. Do you forward roll, though?

when I did ninjitsu I could do some sweet forward rolls. I'd charge up to something, fly over them and bust into a roll at the end. I never used to do any fighting practice, I'd just stack up stuff to jump over. no way would I do that now, probably end up hurting myself.

Yeah, I'm really talking like a ground to ground deal. That does sound sweet, though. I forward roll in department stores to this day. When I see floor, man I just can't help myself.

i race lexie at school, but in the end you and up gathering all this speed so they're more like leaps but still fun:) i like it when u do a bunch and then stand up, and get that dizzy rush...FUN:D

and i can do a jumping spinning outside crescent kick (tobi-mika-zuki-giri, i think?) from a push-up position. at least i used to be able to. :o
