To draw attention from what Israel (with the aid of the US) is busy doing to her neighbours.

To foment ethnic tension in the Arab World, so that they no tot unite and destroy Israel, US supported or not.

To maintain Israel as the only Middle-Eastern country (other than Pakistan) with a nuclear capability.

Luckily for Israel, some Arabs decided to attack America, otherwise they'd be in deep shit!

What, exactly, are they "doing?" Building a wall to isolate themselves from human bombers? Impeding the flow of weapons to those who have said they would destroy Israel rather than live alongside it in peace?

To foment ethnic tension in the Arab World, so that they no tot unite and destroy Israel, US supported or not.

I feel pretty cofident there's been plenty of ethnic and religious tension in the Arab World for far longer than the Israeli "problem."

To maintain Israel as the only Middle-Eastern country (other than Pakistan) with a nuclear capability.

Iran seems well on their way. Nuclear missiles have been based in Turkey before. When the Russians controlled the Caucasus, didn't they probably have nukes in the Middle East?

Luckily for Israel, some Arabs decided to attack America, otherwise they'd be in deep shit!

Were they really Arabs? Perhaps they were PERSIANS!!! OR......FRENCHMEN DRESSED AS ARABS!!!! Where's Chirac's denial to THAT!!!!

No, dude, there were Arabic flight manuals in the rental car which was so quickly 'found' at the airport (they must have been doing some last-minute cramming, despite air traffic controllers reporting the aircraft being flown extremely precisely...).

Not to mention the Arab passports which emerged, unscathed, from a fireball which melted steel (some of which turned out to belong to people who were alive and well!).
