This group may be the most singularly pillaged band to ever cross paths with the Beastie Boys.

Let's look at 'Funky Stuff'.

First the horns on Hold it Now, Hit it. And the whistle.

Then the "Paaaaaaaaarty" line, which wound up in some fucking song about parties.

And also "Can't get enough" was sampled in The Vibes.

It's cool though, Who's Gonna Take the Weight wound up on 'Oh My God'. So the trend caught on in a good way.

And then the sample from 'Lay it on me' is another one.

I'm bored.

I think that they sample Led a lot, too.

Rhymin' and Stealin'
She's crafty
What Comes Around
Year and a Day

I'm sure there's more...

Time to Get Ill. The beat on Year and A Day is the some one used on Rhymin and Stealin.

They dug a lot deeper over the years. Did Super Disco Breakin actually sample some obscure version of 'Are Friends Electric'? Does anybody know what the sample is? And where did the beat come from? Even though it's been chopped up beyond recognition.

That was a good job, that beat actually. Real good.
