Yes, Morrissey fans are too insane for their own good. This guy from Scotland messaged me and talked to me lots because he was heading to Edmonton for the summer. Every second word was "Morrissey this" and "Morrissey that." He'd send me songs leaked from his latest album before it came out, so that was cool. But there were times when I'm like: "Chill the fuck down. I get it. Morrissey is your life and there's nobody else." He expressed sadness at the thought of seeing Morrissey only 3 or 4 times on his tour. Yeah, poor thing. :rolleyes:

He wanted to hang out with me when he was in town, but I managed to avoid him. Phew! :D

I know exactly what you mean,I worked with a guy on the coast who was the exact same way....strange part being was he was equally enthusiastic about Bad Religion....I also saw a show where 2 fans in the full Morrisey uniform,James Dean dungarees with rolled cuffs,big black belt,white t-shirt,smokes in sleeve,rockabilly hair coife....anyways Morrisey chucks a scarf out and throngs of these guys went off the handle,switchblade produced,scarf cut in half.....for real....it was something to see....must say though, the switchblade completed the guy's outfit.....;)
