holy crap! there was a gunman who shot 4 people in my other roommate's office building downtown...like an hour ago. he took someone hostage too! he's dead though, the cops got it and so far none of the shooting victims are pronounced dead, but geez.

I told you it was a curse!

yeah, but it was on a different floor. the building was on lockdown and they all had to hide in the conference room. they were supposed to have their holiday party too, but they got kicked out of the building because it's a crime scene and everything. although people somehow were in the mood to party still. :confused: I guess some lady said, "hey let's make a drink with extra grenadine so it looks all bloody and call it the 'citibank' shooter!" :(

My roommate is pretty shaken up, I guess she saw one of the bloody victims getting carried out on stretchers.
