I dont really know why I asked this but I guess...just curious. And my uncle is in jail for like 2 or 3 things one is domestic violence & the other is an allude act. He's been in the slammer 4 four months now and he hasnt even been to court yet to plead his case...wat is up with that?:(

it's not an allude act. it's a lewd act.

i hope to hell it's not a lewd and lascivious battery, or he could be in prison for a very long time. sorta depends on what he's charged with.

dv batt is just a misdemeanor.

there doesn't have to be dna.

go visit him at the jail. and make sure someone in your family drops off trial clothes for him.

i tried visiting my brother in jail when he was in & they wouldn't let me, i was too young so i don't think miranda can do that, i think you have to be at least 18 or something

ah. i've never checked, since i'm over 18. and it's not like i'm visiting family, so they have to let me in.

write him then, and put money in his commissary so that he can buy paper, stamps and envelopes to write you back.

Both of my children are in juvenile detention centres for trafficking cocaine from Morroco. :(

They're guilty though.

Mike D is currently serving 5 years for identity theft.

Apparently Screech got a hefty compensation from the case, too. (y)

I wish I knew some people in jail. It would raise my street cred like you wouldn't believe.

Sorry to hear. :(

My Cousin was in jail for about 6 months for allegedly attacking someone with a knife and robbing some one. He's been in newspapers and on tv and everything, just because he had the bad luck his face was very clear on the surveillence cameras.
The papers said he had attacked a group of guys with a knife and asked to hand over their money because was hungry and had no money on him. But the story my cousin told was complety different.
My cousin first went inside the shop to buy a sandwich, because he had about 50 euros in his wallet and when he came out he saw that his 'friend' (a guy he went to a party with and only seen once before) was fighting with a group of guys. He wanted to help his friend and as he is a bit of a fighter, joined in. It was this 'friend' that pulled out the knife, but this guy wasn't caught on camera, so my cousin wound up in jail for it. Also because he didn't want to be a snitch and kept his mouth shut about the other guy, even though the other guy just pointed at him and went 'eh yup, he did it.' Asshole. And yes I do believe my cousin, because he's not the type to go waving weapons around. He's no angel, absolutely not, but when he fights, it's with his fists and nothing else.
The sad thing about all this is that at that time my cousin was about to be a father for the first time and he missed most of his girlfriends pregnancy.
