i swear, there has not been second of this year where i havent had a cold, a virus, an infection or something else. last 2 years i had taken about 2-3 days sick leave from work. this year, over 3 weeks. one cold rolls into the next.

right now i have had a sinus/chest infection for about 4 months. no amount of antibiotics have gotten rid of it. its gotten so bad that now even if i drink 3 beers my nose completely blocks up and im sick for days afterwards.

so since i have been having loads of antibiotics my immune system is shot to shit, now ive got a headcold. sweating, blocked nose, feeling woozy, the whole deal.

this sucks.

You'll be fine. Don't worry about it.

Haven't you seen that one Oprah show where the guy came on and told us there was gonna be a pandemic and we were all gonna be really ill and at least half the world population would die?!

Seriously, I think it's started. I've been ill a lot too this year. I've only just got over my last cold and now I've got another one. (n)

THE END IS NIGH!!!!!

do you smoke a lot? smoking (of all sorts) supresses your immune system.

I smoke a lot, but I rarely get ill. Once per year at most, and then only for two or three days. I'm a vegetarian, but I'm not really eating healthy.
