if you are a small online business and I order something from you, and then I have to contact you to ask for confrimation that you've received and sent my order and it takes you more than 48 hours to respond....I am going to be pissed and I will send you 5 emails in a row, or how ever many it takes until you resond to me. I'll leave you the fuck alone after you respond but I'll spam the fuck out of you until you do.:( :mad:
I really like this artist work, but I'm never ordering from them again. they have no customer service.

But, maybe the "customer service" consists of one person? And they were asleep for 24 hours and then their mother was in hospital for the rest?

I'm pretty sure this gal is a slacker. there was a question about my address, which they never contacted me about and have been sitting on the order...then she told me she'd send it out by the end of last week, which I emailed her friday to ask if she had done it...and I just now found out she sent it yesterday. ummmm....flake much????

Every time I read this it reminds that these assholes (http://www.cr-shirts.com/cart.php?m=feature_list)still haven't sent me my shirts I ordered 2 months ago and they keep ingnoring my e-mails. Bassterds!

Yeah. But, to me, if you can't figure out how to respond to a customer within a day or two, you probably have no business being in business.
Thats not too bad. I still owe MP73 a shirt from the shirt swap. And I feel like an asshole about it.

i ordered something exclusive to selfridges - selfridges! - yesterday from oxford street and i just got a call today saying that the courier has already tried to deliver it. i kindly explained our buzzerdoesnotworkpleaseringourneighbourssomeonewil lbeintomorrowkthanx. very impressed!
i bought some jellybath (http://www.jellybath.com/) for ranald's christmas. it's gonna be wild! it turns your bath to jelly, man! for £18 a pop it better be good :/
