and heat it up when they get home from work? i usually finish work anywhere between 7 and 9 so most of the time i'm too tired and hungry to wait around and cook dinner. last night got home from work at about 830 and ended up just making some parmesan toast.

so i've gotten into the habit of cooking my dinner in the morning to heat it up later. it's just too easy to stop off and get some fast food crap on the way. and considering i'm trying to lose weight this cycle totally sucks.

anyway, tonight's menu is lamb chops and veges!

In the morning, I whip up enough rice for two meals later in the day. Then I just add spinach and fish or chicken and I'm good. Snack-meals in between.

no, but I have breakfast at all hours of the day.

My mom used to put on the crock pot in the morning when we were kids so it would be ready by dinner time. Stews freak me out because of this.
