I was watching this video slideshow (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12318129/site/newsweek/?bctid=353505645) put together by Newsweek and it just seems as though generation after generation continues to take a narrower view on true giving and World Peace.

Your thoughts? Has Christmas gone completely off the Mark?

Maybe I just miss John Lennon's spirit.

I don't mean to sound cold but what exactly does it being Christmas time have to do with anything? It's not like the world's problems just magically disappear because of that

LOL hey man I'm just keepin it real...besides I could honestly give a shit about suffering in other nations until all the people in America are taken care of first. We have plenty of problems right here at home that need to be addressed

.1% is good enough for me. I got my anitique plastic outdoor light up elf today. He now joins my Santa, snowman, reindeer and candle in the yard. I got into the old plastic yard ornaments when I became disgusted by the inflatable stuff they are selling. Next year I am going to get a plastic light up baby jesus.
