Will the doctor notice I have smoked pot when she does a urine test for something completely different and not being a drug test?

Yes, at least here, they test for most common stuff (H, coke, pep, pot, acid and opium). Works quite well up to 4-5 weeks.

i doubt it. why does it matter anyway? its not like your doctor is going to narc on you.

Two things:

1) Only drug tests test for drugs.
2) Doctors have the HIPAA privacy act that states anything you tell them is confidential. They want to help your health, so if they know you're a heavy meth user, they'd rather know that and not give you something that could react badly and explode your heart. It doesn't matter if she knows that you smoke weed, that's between you and her only.
