I need to get sharpie marker out of pants. They are my work pants. Like dockers or something. I don't know. They're kinda dark gray. I went over my friends house after work and he got drunk and attacked me with sharpie markers. Needless to say, I was/am pissed. Only because he knows they are expensive work pants and it's a shitty thing to do to try to ruin them like that. I mean, not that expensive. But expensive for me. I ain't no hundredaire or anything.

So yeah, sharpie marker out of pants. He suggested using fizzy soda seltzer water or something. I am rubbing my pants with canada dry right now. HALP!

Rub some "goodluck" into that because I don't think that stain is coming out.

Borrow his marker and colour the rest of the pants in the same colour.

Your boss will be so impressed with your new found pants that he'll give you a promotion!

Is a sharpie a lead pencil or a pen?
If it's a pen you should dip the parts in boiling milk and then wash. Or you can make a de-cook of beans. You boil white beans and use the water to soak the material in until you see the stain dissappear (can take a while).
If it's pencil marks try rubbing them with Blutac (http://www.jcu.edu.au/school/bsg/bs/stores/images/07-180%20GLUE%20BLU%20TAC%20.JPG) (or similar) or pencil rubber.

But really, your friend owns you a pair of pants.

Ooh then it's just about impossible, but you could try soaking in water with some squeezed lemon (but it could spread some more) or use sour milk (leave some milk over a heater so it gets sour quicker) to rub it off.

I was told Oxyclean works wonders but I've never tried it on sharpie marks before.
