i've been drinking more since i started law school, and drinking alone much more. i'd probably be an alcoholic if i had the time for it, but i don't. technically i should be studying right now (exam on monday, another on wednesday), but i seriously just can't think straight anymore, i needed a break tonight. it got to the point where for the life of me i couldn't tell the difference between an easement and a covenant no matter how much i read over the notes, so fuck it, i'll get drunk again

shit, Ｉ don't blame ya. I can imagine law school is stressfull. In fact, everything dealing with law is enough to drive anyone to drinking haha.

Damn, it's Saturday and I'd usually have at least a twelve pack in by now. Which is probably why my liver is screaming in agony lately.

i can see why

i'm reasonably drunk right now and my brain is thoroughly flushed and i'm still not sure what the difference between an easement and a covenant is. i remember it making SO MUCH sense yesterday, but right now, i just can't wrap my head around it. an easement is a non-posessory right that someone has on someone else's estate, like a right to use a road, or a right to fish in a pond or something. and a covenant is a promise to use your land in a certain way, and right now, in my head, they're sounding exactly the same, and i just cannot remember how they're different! this is dreadful :(

the exam's on wednesday, but tomorrow i have to study for a different subject (that exam's on monday) which leaves me monday afternoon/evening and tuesday to figure it out

i bet i can do it, i'm usually pretty good about doing this kind of thing, but still, i'm annoyed that i can't wrap my head around this stupid easement/covenant malarkey
