so i'm driving home from band practise, and i turn it to our local vancouver rap/hip hop radio station the Beat 94.5, which does all remixes during the ten o'clock hour, when I hear:

Jay Z's rap from 99 problems, to the background beat of: (first) the new style, which morphed into hold it now hit it, which then all 3 combined together, and then it finally ended with jay rapping to the backbeat of paul revere

it blew me the fuck away

They never play the Beastie Boys though. For that you're better off with CFOX, oddly enough.

i know eh, it sucks, though I did hear "hey ladies" once on their old school lunch (the beat). The fox plays a fair amount of them luckily, i even heard lookin down the barrel of a gun and paul revere on there a few times
