ways to prepare tofu?

i just found out i like tofu, but ive only had it prepared one way (other than miso soup), so i was wondering if anyone had any quick recipies for cookin some up.

the way i had it was just a little oil in a pan and fry it up with a little soy sauce, garlic, and that red sauce (you know the one). it was gooood.

I like oil with breadcrumbs, some salt and pepper. Onions don't hurt either....
