Dick riding has already happened though...one reason he gets respect: East coast flow which has seperated him from the looked down upon South. I am impress that Carter 2 came out decent but his orginality and entertainment factor compared 2 rappers, past and present, is suspect. Being a Louisiana kid I have heard Wayne 4 a bit and seen his skill grow,but he isnt even in the top 5 of Southern rappers. Above Average?Yes, but the average rapper today is pretty weak in his rhymes.He's still young though
