What do y'all think about the trendlines that are changing the electoral college over the next 10-20 years or so?

i think so long as we have no paper trail and are using electronic voting machines that can be manipulated, it doesnt really matter.
the electoral college is a bunch of bullshit anyways.

Completely ridiculous article with illogical conclusions.

If people are going to vote a party line (like they are trying to push us to), then this country may as well fold up the tents and abandon all rational thought, common sense, and individualism.

Don't you think that's already happened?

More on demographics....

Projections of population changes will give the Mountain West and the South up to (and possibly more) 10 additional House seats after the next Census. Where are these seats coming from?

Such Liberal bastions as New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and....for the first time ever....California, which will probably lose a seat or two.

The long-term demographics are reshaping the political landscape.....bank it.

Of course, if enough Democrats move to those Southern states, then they COULD become bastions for the Democratic Party....

Yeah...and maybe later monkeys will fly out of my butt!!

Anyhow, does anyone have any serious arguments to make with the reshaping of the Electoral College after the next few Census cycles?
