Just amazing isn't it? The cost is passed on along to the customer either way, financially and environmentally. The only way to make anything happen is to educate and boycott, also force are elected officials to not pardon corporate polluting.
But as addicts often do, we forgive the dealer, acccept our sickness and shoot up our next fix. Believing the solution to pollution is dilution.
