I've already negotiated sale of the couch, so that stays. The cat may stay too. Not sure I want a boy cat but he is very friendly and I did jokingly ask if he came with the house when I first looked :p

it's in a pretty quiet area where I grew up, so I'm pretty happy. It's not what I'd really call my dream home or anything, but it will make for a good investment which is the main thing. i think there's more older people around which is fine with me.

actually that might be a possibility. the guy is going overseas, so like I said I've already negotiated sale of the couch and washing machine and dryer (y) oh and some speakers. I think he seems pretty willing to sell off as much stuff as possible (y)
