U.S. soldiers are not missionaries but they do pledge to protect the Constitution which includes the 1st Amendment covering the Freedom of Religion...may it be christianity, islam, buddhism, hinduism, scientology...

But I guess our constitution doesn't count when it comes to illegal wars where the next surge is the conversion of the "savages" that we've created.

keep religion out of this war...please don't feed the flames of jihad
