WTF do they always come in droves? Can they smell the stink of the man without a female and stay away from him? Why do they flock about me when I start dating but before I was like invisible? I think, there are worse things, sure, but now I gotta use my tacticians mind to keep girl A from seeing me with girl B. I don't like that but I like those girls. And I can't decide cause I haven't known them for long. Oh, to be a mormon...

So Toy, you are implying that it's not true that a man becomes more attractive to women when he isn't available?

I just hate the way men think.

So apart from the underlying wish of being able to have both of them he does have a point, right?

I guess
It just bothers me that men cannot say upfront "hey, yo, this is an open relationship/dating-thing" rather than sneak around.

Oh I agree, not my style, but I was just curious what the female perspective was about the whole "unavailable = yum!" thing.
I was thinking in the direction of greed and jealousy towards other women with a hint of the more primal and darwinian "HE HAS BEEN CLAIMED! ALL HIS REPRODUCTIVE BITS MUST BE WORKING!".

When men are unavailable? I wouldn't know. I don't approach men in fear of rejection/embarrassing myself :p
When I was with my ex, I got extremely jealous. Mainly because I was getting older and uglier and he was becoming attracted to girls younger and prettier. Plus they were "cool" and "punk rock". I was just a dork. Still am. :(
