Until the 27th of December. Anybody who doesn't like that can shove it up their arse. Fuck all that Christmas shit. There's some good deals out there. (y)

oh, i'll say. bobby and i went to macy's yesterday. i got a pair of pants for work, and 3 shirts to wear to work, and my total was $50.44 -- i saved $144.62 on that purchase. we also bought 4 ralph lauren (hereinafter RL) bath towels, 4 RL hand towels, 4 RL washcloths, an RL bathmat, a shower curtain, a vinyl curtain liner, shower curtain hooks & a toothbrush holder for $112, and we saved $157.35.

dre deaf says: on the way to buy fresh towels i found $104 on the ground in the parking lot. that means $252 worth of towels put me outta pocket a whopping $8. /dr deaf's portion of this post.

the only deal that beats this is when we bought our tommy hilfiger bedding (http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y58/befsquire/bedding.jpg) where we spent $308 but saved $711.

Although to be fair, towels and clothes won't always make the ideal gift. I was thinking more about all of the T.V's and such that go way down in price. But yeah. You know what I mean.

Next christmas I'm not buying presents for the family members that didn't give me money.

They (ie brothers) put about as much effort into choosing a gift this year as I did. I already have a similar arrangment with my sister, and it works a treat.

If you give your sister $20, and she gives you $20, what's the point? I'm not a big fan of christmas at all, most people that know me know this, so they don't expect too much and neither do I. I'd much rather suprise people with random gift than have it forced upon me by some abritrary date based around some guy I don't even believe in.

ok, so i just went back to macy's to look at suits, since they're having such a great sale.

i got a ralph lauren skirt suit (long skirt that i can wear with these kick ass boots i own). paid $143.38. saved $224.38.

I loves me some sale-priced Ralph Lauren, I tell thee true. The fabrics and styles are so rich and lovely.

hi5!

I rarely go to department stores anymore though. :/

I haven't sent my mom's gift yet. :( oh well, I'm known for being a forgetful fanny. la di da.

surely you've spent more than that on a pair of jeans or a jacket!

Well I've bought you things over that amount. Just not clothing for myself.

I just came home with all the wrapping paper, bows, ribbons, tags, and decorations that were marked down so I won't have to buy any of that crap next year. As for gifts, this year I made a lot of gifts and they seemed to be well recieved. I went out the day after Thanksgiving and got some hellified deals this year- like bracelets that were about 80% off. This year I vow to have all the shopping done by Halloween.

Walter saw this in the mall and had a fit over it. I wanted to buy it for him but it was "too expensive for blasphemy"--his words. I wonder how much it went down on the price. Hmmmm.....

Blasphemy should be free, otherwise it's just Capitalism.

I was really, really fond of the idea of a Gnativity scene.

Nobody gets me :(
