say if i were to buy a sim card in berlin so i could msg my friends back in Aus, then i was to move up to Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn and St Petersburg, would i still be able to use that german sim card or not? or would i get charged huge fees for international roaming or what not?

when ppl outside the US text me it costs 15 cents a pop.
my roommate said its cheaper to just buy a disposable phone in Europe than to deal with fucking with your own.

That costs $$$$$
When I got to England I bought a cell phone and when I took my road trip to Germany to see old friends I had to top up sometimes twice a day. I would get charged when ANYONE texted or called me and charged even more when I texted or called someone (this was after I left the UK of course). Maybe you can get a contract or something that will not charge for roaming? You should maybe get a phone card and just call your friend.

you 'you' it very carefully.
obviously i meant to say USE
silly americans. you're very good tippers (your tip bought me dinner tonight)
but what i cant understand is, if you come to australia how can you not understand that a mobile phone is a cell phone?
i find some of the language barriers bloody hilarious
i've learnt that Canadian Bacon is Ham
and Pop is softdrink.
and a 'large' pizza should be 24 inches in size
we've had an american customer call to order pizza's the last 2 night in a row. if it wasn't for this board i would have a clue wtf they were talking about.
one thing i still dont know, she was asking if we sold 8 oz. bottles of pop. is a fluid oz 28mls too? hehe, amercians
it's always funny when they complain about the size of our Large pizzas
YOU FAT BASTARDS!!!!
lol
ah stop complaining, you know i love you all

haha, just messing. I think you'll save a little bit of money if you take your mobile with you to wherever you will visit and just buy a local sim card and put it in. I think if you use your domestic sim card, it will cost alot more.
And "pop" in reference to the beverage usage varies even in the states. I prefer to call it soda and I don't mind if people even call it cola. Pop is a sound.

In Louisiana, they call everything Coke. Sprite, Mountain Dew, anything with a fizz, they call it coke.
I've seen them go to a counter of a fast food joint and order a coke and get sprite. I guess they use different tones when they say it and the locals understand what they want.

why is it that a brazillian girl can wear just about anything and still look amazing? that's what this little italian girl at my work thinks and i must say she's right. i always love making deliveries to 166 Wickham Terrace which is a building filled with majorily brazillians. to be honest i'm surprised how many there are in this town.
not that i'm complaining tho :D brazillian guys think i'm wicked when i say my favourite sport star is Ayrton Senna, and brazillian girls, well, they've got curves in all the right places (y) ;)

I've found that when travelling around Yurp, it's best to just buy the phone cards in shops and whatnot to use on the payphones. It works out cheaper for you and your friends and rellies won't get pissed that it's costing them to receive your call. If you're using a pay-as-you-go phone you need to make sure you have tons of credit because it goes fast either way.

puto hey? is that poofter in brasil portuguese? you're never online these days anyway! Bloody Siemens. from what i've heard australian girls expect south americans to be sleezy and straight to the point. so say this
"would you like an australian kiss? it's like a french kiss but down under"
i hope nothing was lost in translation there ;) (y)
