I don't get women and drama. I don't. Among the more stupid drama, one includes a girl who said "Nothing's wrong," and then threw a temper tantrum 10 minutes later and said the other friends "Should have fucking known something was wrong." Listen bitch, if something's wrong, say it. None of this "nothing" bullshit, what are you, 14?

I have another friend who I'm friends with, but gets to be a sloppy drunk when she goes to bars. She's on thin ice with my other friends, so she asked me to ask the others if it's okay if she goes to our New Year's party. It's not, they don't want her getting retarded and having to baby-sit her when I'm off with Brett. I make up a polite excuse, she sees through it and yells at ME for the other people's decision. I tell the friends about what happened and include that the girl thinks they hate her (which is kinda true) and they get upset and take it out on me. How does she think that they hate her? How would she know? Did I tell her? Because it's okay to hate the girl, she just can't know.

Bitches need to grow up and lose the drama.

Do any of you guys still have to deal with this bullshit, post-high school? Or is it just me and a few particular friends I have?

uhh, I don't know what's going on in here.

I would say that I don't normally get into fights with girls. I had one big fight with a girl about 3 years ago and stopped hanging out with her. I see her around now and then and we're cool with eachother, but I know that we can't really be good friends because of the mean stuff she said about me. also, she's annoying.


these days girls get mad at me when I'm friends with the boys they like or...for example, I've been hanging out with my roommate's cousin and she's pretty rad, but she has a crush on a bartender who is her neighbor and who she's made out with in a car, and I met him before (think I made a thread about it) and he was hitting on me. but when I was with her at this bar, I was trying my best to be quiet and not flirty at all. and he was totally talking to her, barely glancing at me. but when we were leaving, she was saying goodbye and yadda yadda, and I just hung back, but he was like, "hey, calculator watch, blah blah blah". and I was like, "heh", and he goes, "she doesn't talk much does she?" and I just shrugged. then we left and cousin was like, "ugh! he was totally flirting with you! I hate him!" and I was all :(

yeah, I don't know what the deal is with chicks. If I get mad at cort, I'll do or say something passive aggressive and she'll pull a face and then I'll sit in my room or my office and get all crabby, but then I'll be like, "hmm, that's dumb". and go say, "oh um, sorry I'm being a jerk". and then we're good.

or the other day when I was trying to tell her something about a John Hodgman audiobook I put on my ipod and she was like, "uh huh, uh huh" and right in the middle said, "ugh, I gotta go!" and went into her room with her boyfriend. and I was :( and thought, "man, what a bitch" and I was trying to figure out what the deal was, because it kinda hurt my feelings. I had no idea she was in a hurry or anything. I knew it was the last night with her boy before leaving for the holidays...but geez, get over yourself. but later she called and apologized because was PMSing, apparently they'd gotten into a fight and she had just cried for no good reason.

I tell you what, she needs to change her birth control, it's turning her into a nut. anyway, BFF.
