Hi my people! This recipe is a great addition to any full course french style meal.
:)

toasted almond (sliced)
goat cheese
vinegrette (light oil and champagne vinegar)
halfed red grapes
grapefruit and juice(sliced to arrange by preference)
and mixed greens or baby spinach
cheap champagne

simply:
emulsify vinagrette
soak grape halfs in champagne and a bit of grapefruit juice
make small pieces of goat cheese
arrange salad for a tasteful addition to any fine meal

That sounds quite nice actually. But I'll never have time to make it now :(

I miss cooking.

My vinaigrette(<true orthography) recipe :

- 2/3 oil
- 1/3 vinegar
- mustard (a little bit!)
- salt
- pepper
