It's usually only around 5.5 hours by air, but he's got a 3 hour layover in Chicago. At least he won't have a problem making his connecting flight, because all of my connecting flights in Minneapolis have been 45-minute windows and that airport is huge.

I've made them all though, cuz I rule. :cool:

Anyways he's here and not dead (I'm at work :mad:) and my brother's driving him to the Metro this morning then we're gonna go get ourselves some chicken for lunch. The good kind, at this place in Arlington where they make rotisserie over an actual wood burning fire and it's really damn good.

And then tomorrow we're going to Ford's funeral and then the Black Cat and the next day we're going to Baltimore and then next week we're going on a road trip down to NC! :)
