Concentrate more on Wii and less on school. And save up for Wii accessories/ DS.

Priority status: Perfect.

And quit coming here.

Mine was to finish college and graduate with a GPA of a 3.2 or above, which I did and then some!

This year, I resolve to GTFO of Maryland, if only for a few months. I'd say my resolution is to get into grad school, but I already applied so it's outta my hands. But I'd like to live somewhere new because I've been here my whole life. I guess we'll see what happens.

I am pondering mine very delicately. One that I know will happen, finally after 4 or so years of not doing anything about it, is getting into shape! It's already happening. :)

My main one will probably be something along the lines of reminding myself - hey dumbass, you've got potential. But nobody will ever see it the way you are wasting your time right now.

i noticed that ever since coming here my grades slipped dramatically(!)

- stop being so damn lazy

-get better grades (call me a nerd)

-stop coming to this damn place! or at least limit myself

-record at least 1 song

-rap all of "sucker mc's" by run dmc perfectly word per word (almost there btw)

-go out more & have fun with friends

-leave my middle school with a bang!

-get in super muscle janet jackson shape (not man muscular, like janet she got muscle but still looks like a woman yaknowhati'msay'in?)

- go out & explore more

- be more organized (I always fail at that one haaa)
- NOT move to a new place if it can be helped. I'm so sick of moving. I want to NOT be nomadic for at least a year damn it.
- pay off all the rest of the medical debt to ensure my credit score going up again so I can start looking at student loans and be eligible for them
- at the end of that year, make sure I have enough saved up/work enough to be able to move out of town 2008
- take a look at the art pieces I didn't finish yet and see if what I need to do to finish them comes to me. if not, ok, but at least look at em! (I get sick of looking at things I make sometime and they end up half-finished)
- get a wii
- get a 360
- get a new (well used but new to me) car
- at least start the business idea I have

I HAVE AN EXPENSIVE YEAR IN STORE FOR ME!

In 2007 I'd really like to increase my post count. I've been trying my darndest to do this, but outside ventures seem to always interfere. By this time next year I'd like people to say, "Wow, Anderson really has a lot to say. He's the Cmute Rhyme of Manhattan." But this is only a dream. Just a wish.

i'm a try and smoke a little less. maybe 10 a day or something. also, i wanna start doing minimum 100 sit-ups and push-ups everyday.

i'm going to try and be a better, more patient person too. i can be kind of an asshole, occasionally.

save a little cash instead of blowing it all on mostly dumb shit.

Attain the "Best Shot" award in my troop next month.
Actually complete my training without getting backtrooped for injury or test failure.

That'll do for now, I could list loads of other Army related ones, but life is so unpredictable right now, best not to get ahead of myself.

You just reminded me of another:

- Learn Norwegian and impress/amuse my friends.
Also have to remember that when I'm doing something clumsy I should no longer say 'godverdomme', 'fuck' or 'shit', but the far more funny sounding 'jævla!'

- Continue to leave cigarettes alone (I've quit so many times but, this is the longest I've gone without :) I still enjoy a Cuban cigar now and then though)

- Try not to get too annoyed with the “resolution crew” at the gym. I mean, seriously, they show up for the first couple weeks in January, take up all the equipment that you are trying to use and then disappear until the beginning of NEXT January. I think everyone probably slacks on fitness during the holiday season and packs on the pounds and then has to work hard to get back into shape for a week or two but come on! You aren’t going to work off an entire year of being a slob in the first couple weeks of JAN AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! (I’m breaking this one already).

- Save as much money as I can aka cut back on partying so much (yeah freakin right :))

- Learn to speak basic Italian :)

YES! I hated that when I was at a gym. They'd all show up, exercise a few days, not see immediate results and chalk it up to "My genes suck, it's not working :(" and then cry quietly on the couch with a pint of Ben & Jerrys because they tried so hard for those 72 hours and it's obvious that weight loss is impossible.

i just came here to talk about how stupid they are but the first post did kind of cover that.

resolutions these days seems to fall under two categories

- resolutions that are not kept. this is not a resolution, this is a goal you have set for yourself and you failed.

- long term goals. long term goals are not resolutions.

also if something is important, why wouldn't you just start doing it RIGHT NOW. why do you need to wait until new years to do it?

i don't make resolutions because i don't want to disappoint myself by failing at something right at the beginning of the year.

as a general rule, i just try to be a better person than i was the year before. period.

Lex Diamonds

Yeah but the whole killing and crippling thing (three people quite close to me died of cancer this year, two of them in the last week) just doesn't really put me off. Call me heartless, call me a cunt, but I'm like "I'm young, fuck it, I don't mind dying in another 20 years". The only thing that's going to do it for me is if somebody big and tough threatens to castrate me or something.
