Once his heart dies it will go off destroying everything in a 4 thousand mile radius and simulatenously showering the surrounding area with Democracy seeds, which once imbeddeded and incubated will suddenly sprout up in a glorious orgy of Western democratic free market capitalism, based on a traditional Christean-Judeo bedrock of values.

Yeah really. Hang him on new years. At times square. As a matter of fact, tie one end of his noose on him and the other on the ball so when the ball drops, up goes Saddam. Would that be considered a hanging though? It might rip his head off.
